There are several celebrity Mother/Daughter actresses in Hollywood, and many of them have made their historic mark in film history. Mother/Daughter teams such as, Debbie Reynolds and Carrie Fisher, Janet Leigh and Jamie Lee Curtis, Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson, and of course, Judy Garland and Liza Minnelli, but we can also add another beautiful and talented duo to this list, actress Dee Wallace, and her daughter, Gabrielle Stone.
In the 1980′s, among the music of Alternative/New Wave, Heavy Metal, Top 40, and Dance Club techno music – there was the urban music of Rap. Rap wasn’t taken very seriously for many years. It was also a very “young” form of music back then with groups like Grand Master Flash & the Furious Five, Whodini, and Sugarhill Gang. It was up until the mid-80′s when bands like The Beastie Boys, LL Cool J, Run-DMC were putting songs at the top of the charts and money in the music industries pockets.
There is nothing like a good suspense/thriller to keep you entertained and The Gift is no exception. This is a film on the same lines as anything by Alfred Hitchcock and films like Fatal Attraction. This is a film about revenge taken to a whole new level and it tells us that you should be nice to everyone.
If there’s one thing about all of Adam Sandler films it’s that he always takes us back to a much happier and simpler time in our lives by bringing us “old school” rock and roll and Pop Culture. There is no other bigger Pop Culture from yesteryear than the video games we all grew up with: Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Centipede, Space Invaders, Q-Bert, Frogger, and many others.
The Marvel Universe has certainly taken over the box office every summer for quite some time now and this year is no exception. We started the summer with The Avengers:Age of Ultron and now as summer presses on we have Marvel‘s latest superhero film: Ant-man!

When people think of the famous author, Stephen King, the first thing that comes to mind usually is “horror”, Maine, all the great books he’s written, and film adaptations. However, there is another part most don’t hear too much of: the authors who write about King and his works.

Director/Writer Mick Garris has been entertaining us for years. He has brought many of author Stephen King’s best selling books to life, not only on the big screen, but also through several television mini series. He also has many other films, and television series to his credit. But did you know that Mick is also a well renowned author himself? He has written five books to date, including his new accomplishment, Salome.
